Superbill Policy

We do not bill for insurance but will provide superbill if interested. Payment can be made via credit card, debit care, FSA/HSA cards). 

A superbill is a detailed receipt you can use to ask your insurance company for reimbursement for therapy sessions. You pay for sessions directly, and I provide you with a superbill that includes the information your insurance may require, such as dates of service and billing codes. You submit this superbill to your insurance company, and depending on your plan, they may reimburse you for part or all of the cost. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, so it’s important to check with your insurance provider about your out-of-network mental health benefits and how to submit a claim.

This practice uses SimplePractice as its secure electronic health record (EHR) system for scheduling, documentation, billing, and client communication. If you are interested in services, please contact  your provider to submit a referral or complete the contact form for further information.
